Gerald C. Shea, Esq.

Attorney Shea specializes in estate planning, asset protection, probate administration and probate litigation. He resides in Connecticut and has practiced law since 1985. His cases have included probate disputes and estate planning for clients seeking tax-effective asset protection structures, both international and domestic. Attorney Shea holds an AV Preeminent Rating® from Martindale-Hubbell, is a member of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association®, is designated as an Accredited Estate Planner® with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC), is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County, and was recently selected for the SuperLawyer® list of the top 5% of attorneys in Connecticut.
